Kenny is a Creative Director, Fashion Editor, and Styling Consultant.
Having experience in the industry for 25 years, his extensive knowledge of fashion and his multi-faceted skills make him one of the most creative, versatile, and sought-after fashion stylists and consultants of today.
Kenny graduated from Wimbledon School of Art in London with a first-class degree in Costume Design. While at art school he was already designing and making costumes for David Bowie’s Earthling tour and other live performances, as well as creating outfits for his wife, Iman – recommended to them both by the late British fashion designer Alexander McQueen.
Soon after his graduation in 1996, Kenny became the stylist of the Spice Girls, and was the costume designer for the renowned Spiceworld Tour in 1998. They also performed in his designs at prestigious awards shows such as the Billboard Music Awards (USA), MTV Video Music Awards (Europe), and the Brit Awards (UK). Kenny was also responsible for Victoria & David Beckham’s wedding.
Kenny also designed and realised unique one-off outfits and outstanding tour costumes for many other popular music bands and artists in the UK including Girls Aloud, Westlife and SClub7. Renowned artists have worn and performed in his designs at prestigious awards shows such as the Billboard Music Awards (USA), MTV Video Music Awards (Europe), and the Brit Awards (UK).
Kenny now focuses solely on menswear with many prestigious actors as his clients including Richard Armitage, Aidan Turner, Tobias Menzies, Johnny Flynn, Martin Compston and Iain Glen. His editorial work has been published internationally in titles such as GQ & Esquire (UK), South China Morning Post (China), Madame Figaro (China), Emirates Women (Middle East), Flaunt (USA), Elite Traveler (USA) among many others. His advertising clients include Harrods, Barbour, Hackett, Richard James, Globe-Trotter, Marks & Spencer, and Stella Artois.
In 2012, together with art director Rosy Tsai, they launched ARTICLE magazine: a biannual men's print title celebrating Britain and all that is related within the fields of art & design, culture, fashion, and entertainment. It has since ventured into the digital realm in the form of ARTICLE Journal.
Kenny resides in London.
